Paintings “Pomegranates”

Pomegranates in her aprons, her two younger sisters holding each hand,
they walk together with love and tears remembering the joys of yesterdays.
Her brothers are taken never to see no more.

Mama and Papa are gone forever. They walk for days and days, hungry, cold and tired until their eyes meet the ocean and open sky. Hoping to reach a new land where hope cannot die.
